弗拉门戈（Flamenco），是源于西班牙南部安达卢西亚地区的艺术形式，包括歌曲、音乐和舞蹈。
弗拉门戈的形成深受安达卢西亚地区的摩尔人和犹太人的影响，还吸收了大量罗姆人（吉普赛人）的艺术元素。
当代著名的弗拉门戈舞蹈家大多是罗姆人，由于西班牙政府以此推动旅游业，弗拉门戈舞已经成了西班牙舞蹈，甚至是西班牙文化的代表。
弗拉门戈音乐有50种，每种有自己的节奏模式。弗拉门戈舞蹈是一种即兴舞蹈，没有固定的动作，全靠舞者和演唱、伴奏的人以及观众之间的情绪互动。
2010年11月16日，联合国教科文组织宣布弗拉门戈舞是人类非物质遗产的杰作之一

Marcos 出生于巴西--他自幼开始习舞，毕业于巴西里约热内卢联邦大学体育和舞蹈专业，从事健身和舞蹈行业三十多年。毕业后，他在巴西从事舞蹈演出以及模特工作。曾与巴西当时出名的明星同 台演出。1992 年他将工作中心转到欧洲，定居西班牙超10年，搬到欧洲后他成名于舞蹈教学以及演 出，并参与了多个电视节目和舞蹈编排。在欧洲、美国、澳大利亚、亚洲及非洲 等开设大师班，到目前为止他到过 44 个国家开设工作坊并被邀请参加多个国家 的拉丁节舞蹈节。
